Refund Policy

If a product has not shipped, contact Mystery Tap Water Co. as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. Cancellation eligibility depends on supplier status, fulfillment timing, and whether the item has already entered shipment.

Do not install or use a water-contact product until fit is confirmed. Opened, installed, used, special-order, damaged-by-installation, or water-contact products may have return restrictions. Return eligibility may depend on the supplier or manufacturer policy for the exact product.

If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photos so the issue can be reviewed with the supplier or carrier.
